Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka
• ½ oz Cointreau
• Champagne
• Grenadine
• Fresh Orange

Muddle fresh orange in a mixing glass. Add 1 oz Vodka, ½ oz Cointreau and ice into a shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugar rim. Top with a float of champagne and add a drop of grenadine. Garnish with an orange twist.

Muddle fresh blood orange in a mixing glass. Add 1½ oz Gin and ½ oz simple syrup and ice into a shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a float of champagne. Garnish with a blood orange twist.

Ingredients:

Muddle mint leaves, superfine sugar and lime in a mixing glass. Add 1½ oz light rum and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake.  Pour the mixture into a tall glass and top with club soda. Add a splash of cranberry juice.  Garnish with fresh mint sprig. Sugarcane syrup can be used to replace superfine sugar or the sugar cube.

This refreshing, hot cocktail tastes remarkably like fresh blueberries, and is always a favorite on cold nights next to a warm fire. Pour the Grand Marnier and Amaretto into a brandy snifter, then fill the snifter about 2/3 full with hot Earl Grey tea. Garnish each snifter with a fresh slice of orange.

Ingredients:

Muddle half of a fresh orange in a mixing glass. Add ice, the Gold Tequila and the Grand Marnier into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a splash of pomegranate juice. Salt only half of the rim and garnish with an orange twist.
